Chris Bushe RSW

Born in Aberfeldy in Perthshire in 1958, Chris Bushe studied Fine Art at Grays School of Art before building a successful career as an exhibiting artist. Chris works primarily in oils and is held in high esteem for his large-scale, thick impasto interpretations of weather and landscape. He has won many awards including the Discerning Eye Founder's Purchase Prize, the Scottish Arts Club Award, Glasgow Arts Club Fellowship, RSW Council Award and the McManus Galleries Purchase Prize.
